Preparing your property for the market is one of the most important aspects in marketing your home. Items such as painting, removing clutter, landscaping can bring out the most in your property and put more money in your pocket as well. Included in my marketing plan I will provide suggestion on enhancing your home and include a list of vendors who can help you turn your home into a showcase. You may not want to do this or even need to but I am more than willing to give you my input.
Pre- Marketing Inspections:
Most sellers today prior to putting their property on the market will order pre-inspection. This is not mandatory but can be a wise thing to do prior to marketing your home. Again I will give you my input along with a list of inspectors.
